Change History
| Date | Change |
|---|---|
| 2026-10-02 | Read the clinic's Google listing on 2026-10-02 (its lowest-rated and newest reviews with the star histogram): a repeated complaint among the lowest-rated reviews. |
| 2026-09-29 | Corrected 2026-09-29: review recency within 3 months (newest review dated 2026-08-26). |
| 2026-09-17 | Re-read of the clinic's Google listing on 2026-09-17. Corrected: its 27 reviews include four one-star and one three-star rating and run from 2020 to 2026, which is the opposite of a manipulated record, so the review-manipulation finding previously recorded against it does not stand. Whether the low ratings share a repeated complaint stays open: only one of the four is readable. |
| 2026-09-17 | Re-read on 2026-09-17: the clinic's homepage (the site is effectively single-page) and its Google listing. Corrected: the site's main content is written in English, previously recorded as absent; the newest readable Google review is now about 4.5 months old, downgrading review recency from within-3-months to within-a-year. Recorded: a genuine building-exterior photo with the clinic's own signage on the Google listing; no pediatric dentistry or emergency care across the full service list; no WhatsApp/LINE; an appointment form; schema.org LocalBusiness markup but no separate page per service (single-page site); a Facebook page; no TripAdvisor listing. All of the site's own content images return HTTP 404 (broken image paths), so photo evidence came from the Google listing instead. Still unverified: CBCT/3D imaging (the site's "Radiology" entry is unwritten template text) and work with international patients; one low-rated review out of four was read, not enough to confirm or rule out a recurring complaint (1-2 star share is about 15%). |
| 2026-08-27 | Initial data collection and live verification, 2026-08-27/28: website content, Google Maps rating/reviews, and AI/search visibility for the methodology's five fixed queries. |
