Reputation & Reviews
9 / 20
Public review signals. The Google rating is adjusted with a Bayesian prior (rating 4.0, weight 25) so a 5.0 from a handful of reviews does not outrank a 4.8 from hundreds.

Change History
| Date | Change |
|---|---|
| 2026-10-02 | Read the clinic's Google listing on 2026-10-02 (its lowest-rated and newest reviews with the star histogram): a repeated complaint among the lowest-rated reviews; a burst of five-star reviews with a second warning sign. |
| 2026-09-29 | Corrected 2026-09-29: review recency within 3 months (newest review dated 2026-08-29). |
| 2026-09-17 | Re-read of the clinic's Google listing on 2026-09-17. Corrected: 11 of its 58 reviews are one-star and one is two-star, about a fifth of the total, but none of those low reviews can be read, so whether they share a repeated complaint is left open rather than recorded as confirmed, as it previously was without a supporting observation. |
| 2026-09-17 | Re-read on 2026-09-17: the clinic's trilingual website (about-us, all six service pages, gallery, contact) and its Google listing. Recorded: a genuine staff photo at the reception desk on the gallery page; no CBCT, only conventional X-ray documented, and no pediatric dentistry across the full menu; no prices published for any treatment; no WhatsApp or LINE, but an online contact and booking form; no structured data, but a dedicated page per specialty; no TripAdvisor listing. The Google listing is unclaimed, so review replies are not credited; the five reviews it shows publicly all carry one date, but its wider history of 58 reviews spans 45 five-star and 11 one-star ratings, so no review-pattern finding is recorded. Still unverified: work with international patients. |
| 2026-08-27 | Initial data collection and live verification, 2026-08-27/28: website content (rendered in a real browser), a search-results snippet with contact details, Google Maps rating/reviews, and AI/search visibility for the methodology's five fixed queries. |
